This course is being taught in LLB 1st year program. So we have designed a simplified and effective course according to the course outline suggested by HEC
Course Outline
Two kinds of course outlines follow in different legal institutes of Pakistan.
The first one includes all chapters related to Pakistan’s legal system only. In the 2nd course outline institutes are teaching comparative study of Global Legal system and Pakistan legal system. So, we as an institute decided to teach both. So that students from all over Pakistan can take advantage of it.
