How to prepare Law GAT Test.
The best way to prepare for Law GAT is to consult the primary source i.e. the Bare Acts. The examiner while making the test, consult the Bare Acts and not the guidebooks. So instead of wasting your energies on guidebooks or random preparation material try reading bare acts as they will help you score more.
While preparing, keep in mind that you have to prepare and allocate time as per the marks weightage of the Law GAT. Like CPC consists of 20 Marks and the syllabus is the most comprehensive as compared to the other subjects. On the other hand, international Law consists of 5 marks, and the syllabus for that subject is lengthy. So, a student should wisely allocate his time to the subjects as per the marks and length of the syllabus.
Once done with the syllabus, try discussing it with collogues. It will help you revise the entire syllabus along with the clarity of different concepts. During your preparation keep in mind that the Law GAT is not of a descriptive nature so you need to overview all the important concepts and no cramming is required. Make a brief schedule as to how much time you are going to allocate to your preparation and how many days you have left in your test.
